Sport anglers planning a trip to go ocean fishing can now go to DFG's Web site at www.dfg.ca.gov/mrd/fishing_map.html and easily download fishing regulations for specific regions along the coast.

California's hunters can also obtain useful information from the Web before going out into the field. Regulations for deer, waterfowl and upland game hunting are now available in full-booklet PDF, including graphics. Hot links to the 2002/03 deer hunting seasons, and a page on state and federal hunting areas as well as a deer zone map are also available online at www.dfg.ca.gov/fg_comm/regs.html.
