Hunters applying for a permit in Idaho allowing them to legally shoot from a vehicle because of serious disability will find the process easier when they have the new Idaho driver's license.
The new driver's license will display disabled status. Such a license will be sufficient proof when applying to Fish and Game for a shoot-from-vehicle permit. Prior to the new driver's license, disabled hunters were required to submit documentation from a doctor. Those who do not have the disabled endorsement on their driver's licenses must still complete the Fish and Game form and have a doctor's signature. |
