Hearings will be held on March 8, 2002 in San Diego, California and on April 5, 2002 in Long Beach, California.

Comments can be made in person or submitted in writing at the hearing locations. In addition, written comments can be mailed to the Commission Office in Sacramento, California or sent via e-mail to FGC@dfg.ca.gov. Comments sent via e-mail must contain the commentor's true name and mailing address.
