The Commission approved several changes to the Access and Habitat Program's annual auction and raffle hunts based on the Access and Habitat Board's recommendation.

The Eastern Oregon Deer Hunt auction tag was changed to a Statewide Deer Hunt tag to interest more hunters. Based on requests from hunters, the Western Oregon Deer and Southeast Oregon Elk raffle hunt tags were combined into a Statewide Combination Elk and Deer Hunt. The Central Oregon Elk raffle hunt now includes Southeast Oregon Elk and is renamed the High Desert Elk Hunt.

Revenue generated from these auctions and raffles fund Access and Habitat projects throughout the following year to provide public recreational opportunities and increase landowner acceptance of wildlife.
